The purpose of the program; is to train competent manpower to work in the tourism sector, especially in the field of hotel management. In addition to the theory courses they took in the field of tourism management during four academic semesters; By branching out in the second year, they also take practical lessons that will improve their operational skills in the relevant branches. By learning "Elektra" and "Fidelio V8" used in Front Office and Housekeeping departments, "Materials Control" programs used in Food & Beverage departments, "Data Soft" and "Eta" programs used in Accounting departments and "Sejour Incoming" program used for ticketing purposes in Travel Agencies; when they start their business life, they become competent personnel preferred in many fields.
Students who successfully complete four academic semesters; front office, housekeeping, kitchen, food and beverage, purchasing, human resources, sales-marketing etc. in hotel businesses. in departments; tour sales, operations, planning, etc. in travel agencies. in departments; kitchen, service, etc. in businesses that provide food and beverage services such as restaurants, restaurants. reach the competency to take charge in the units.
